Juno Lupkin

Juno Lupkin is a Vice President of Finance at GEHA, a not-for-profit association providing medical and dental plans to federal employees and retirees and their families. In her role, Juno leads the Financial Planning & Analysis, Disbursements, Treasury and Payroll functions.

Prior to joining GEHA, Juno spent 15 years working for purpose-driven for-profit and nonprofit organizations focused on delivering quality healthcare access. Juno began her career at JPMorgan Chase, then transitioned to the healthcare industry where she supported financial operations across various states for Centene, WellCare Health Plans and Magellan Health (both later acquired by Centene) and Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY). Juno is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned a BA in Psychology and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida.

Outside of work, Juno enjoys volunteering with The New York Junior League and New York Cares on programs serving at-risk and underserved communities. Juno resides in Brooklyn with her husband and daughter; besides spending time with her family, she loves running, hiking, reading, and travelling internationally; in recent years she has been to Norway, Iceland, Australia, Japan, and South Africa.
