Qamar Manzoor is the Chief Financial Officer. He joined BAC in December 2025. He is a seasoned nonprofit finance professional with extensive experience in healthcare and community-based organizations. Most recently, he served as Controller at Start Treatment and Recovery Centers, and previously held leadership roles at Community Health Action of Staten Island, Lighthouse Guild International, Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center, and Brownsville Community Development Health Center.
