Compliance Program

Bridging Access to Care (BAC) is committed to complying with all applicable federal, state statutory, regulatory, requirements pertaining to its participation in all federal, state and city programs including New York State Medicaid and Medicare. We strive to ensure the highest degree of compliance to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse that threatens the health and well-being of our organization, the communities we serve, and the integrity of the healthcare system.

Compliance is everyone's responsibility. All employees, interns, volunteers, clients, board of directors, contractors and vendors are encouraged to report compliance concerns anonymously via the Compliance Hotline (347.505.5161) or through one of our reporting methods.
